Lindsey Gentile Offerings
I would like to offer group classes either in the am or afternoon outside or in the yoga room as well as private one on ones and couples workouts in the gym. I would like to teach a low impact class and high impact class for those who are interested.
Group Classes:
45 Minute: Total Body Transform- (Low Impact with Weights and Core)
45 Minute: Strength and Stamina (HIIT Workout with Weights)
One on One and Two on One Personal Training sessions- 30/45/60 minute sessions
No Tech or setup needs
Bio:
Lindsey Gentile is a NASM, AFAA, APFA and ACE certified personal trainer, health and wellness coach and prenatal and postpartum specialist. Lindsey will modify your workout depending on your health and fitness goals working with and around any injuries or limitations. Whether it's stretch, strength training, rehabilitation, core or cardio, Lindsey will write a wellness plan with you and for you and your partner to challenge yourselves and to take home with you so your fitness journey doesn't stop with us, it starts with us!
