Yoga entered my life during a time of turmoil and transition. I was pushing my mind and body to its limits as a competitive bodybuilder and marketing consultant, when the stress became too much to bear. The movement, meditation, and breathwork of yoga helped me find stability amidst severe anxiety, supporting me through minutes when seconds felt unbearable. In 2019, I decided to leave the business world and dedicate my life to helping others cultivate greater balance, compassion and clarity in their lives. Today, I am a 500-hour certified yoga instructor with over 5 years of experience. My classes draw inspiration from the Vinyasa tradition, Buddhist philosophy and energetic practices like Qigong.
In my class, you can expect a supportive, meditative vibe with approachable movement, breathwork and an emphasis on the inner energetic experience. Class takes place in a quiet atmosphere punctuated by singing bowls and chimes.
